What a contemptible sentiment – women who don’t agree with her view of the world, her definition of feminism, should be left to rot. We all know the point that women owe much to suffrage and the sacrifice of foremothers for rights such as the vote and maternity benefits that we now take for granted, but the viciousness of Bindel’s sentiment means she loses any semblance of a reasonable point.
Comments like this alienate woman, and actually set our cause back.
