Bradley Manning will face trial, as his attempts to get trial dismissed fail

The alleged Wikileaks leaker, Private First Class Bradley Manning, has failed in his attempts get his case dismissed.

It is emerging that a judge has deemed the delays to Manning’s case understandable, and that he will face trial on June 3rd.
